How important is keyword research? When doing SEO, one of the first things you should do is to do some keyword research. Why? This helps you choose which keywords to use. You learn which is not too competitive yet attracts enough people that they would search for it. Of course, if you choose a keyword that is too competitive, then you’d have a difficult time ranking your site with it. However, choose one that is not too competitive, meaning not too many people search for it, then you run the risk of having no one visit your site. There’s a balance that must be attained.
