As part of a total commitment to sports excellence the PIAMC has started to make available training in the cultivation of cognitive and emotional balance.   The Phuket International Academy Mind Centre will  deliver  a combination of contemporary psychology and neuroscience alongside ancient Asian contemplative practices.  Delivered through residential retreats and weekend seminars PIAMC is open to all.     It teaches the practice of “mindfulness of breathing”, which is an effective method for soothing the body and calming the mind.
